First up YES my legs and my toes were freaking freezing whilst we were shooting this, and no, I don’t expect you to attempt to replicate this outfit until at least April when as per British style we’ll have a random heatwave and go barbecue and ice lolly crazy.
And we’ll get burnt noses and eat Marks and Spencer tapas in our local parks and oh sweet hubbady hubbady I am so excited.
Anyway, I wanted to flag up this mega cute floral dress because hello, it’s only £16.
And from Matalan, because where else
Obvs you *could* wear it now whilst it’s still pointy-nipple freezing, with tights and boots and a big ol’ scarf and a beret, but it’s also a pretty ace spring dress.
It has a high neck which is a dream if your boobs are constantly making a bid for escape, it has a flippy skirt which is fun to swish around in, and it has long sleeves and who doesn’t secretly love a long sleeve. (Mostly because do ya have to shave your armpits? NOPE).
So yeah, love.
I’m also very into this blazer big time in case you hadn’t already noticed because lol it’s cropping up in every dang outfit post at the mo, but I just love how much more sophisticated and polished it makes me look even when I’m hungover and feeling like an actual gargoyle.
I’m counting down the days until I can wear it without a coat over the top because Chloe told me the other day that I looked like someone who had gone into a charity shop and decided to put everything on, so that was kind of her.
Oh and also, this post wasn’t sponsored by Matalan, but does include a few things from the haul I did with them over on YouTube, purely because I genuinely love them enough to wear them out of the house.
Anyway, peace out gals, hope you’re having a v dreamy week crammed with coffee, sleep and lots of the beige stuff.
