My February fashion wish list

I’m doing that thing I usually do before a holiday – I’m panicking that I have no clothes that are worthy of Instagram. Nothing. OK, well at least nothing that I haven’t already uploaded the shit out of and now it’s boring and OHMYGOD HOW AM I GOING TO PRETEND I’M ALL STYLISH AND GLAM?

Instead of doing anything productive like scouting out a few bargain winter staples that I can wear around Budapest, I’ve been lusting over summer pieces. Uh huh. It’s months away and I don’t even have a summer holiday planned but I’ve started panicking that if I don’t buy ALL the leopard print sandles and bandeau bikinis and pretty beach cover-ups right this minute then they’ll all sell out and I’ll be left with last year’s cast offs. So yup. Grand.

I have however already bought the button-up denim mini skirt from ASOS because my thinking is it’ll go with everything now and everything when it gets hot and I’m swanning about with these skinny, tanned pins (one pilates a class a week will do this for me, right? Right?).

And have been seriously umm-ing and ahh-ing over the olive faux suede dress from Missguided above. Just picture it with my trench, a dark red lip and black pointed ankle boots. Crikey.

Oh and also, nothing to do with my fashion wish list, but I just bought a belt, as in a belt to hold up my trousers. I haven’t worn a belt round my hips since I wore a disc belt with my gypsy skirt back in 2004 – but I’m struggling with my massive bum, every pair of jeans stays tight all the way up my legs and then when I start walking they start falling down, giving me a saggy gusset. So this is saving me. But you can’t see it, I’m hiding said skinny tan lether belt from New Look under baggy jumpers and t-shirts. I’m just giving you a heads up that I’m bringing the hip belt back and there’s NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

Hannah, love your blog but this.. THIS is the reason it’s my fave. Your fashion wish lists are my BFF, maybe I’m not looking hard enough but I can’t find blogs that hit up a high street hot list like this (that was catchy) – normal budgets, on trend, a mix of shops. I’m just ordering that Boohoo little number now! Keep it up!!! xx

THIS has really made my day. I feel like the fashion posts on here are more for me so it means the world that you enjoy them too. Although I have to admit, there’s no way in Hell I’d pay £60 for a kaftan – that Monsoon number was added in more as a reminder to look in the sales come August! xx

Now that Apple juice bag is the cutest thing I’ve seen in a while! I always leave my summer shopping till the very last minute for some reason, before I know it I’m walking around sweating in my fluffy jumpers whilst everyone else is walking around in flip flops and vest tops. This year I vow to be organised, hopefully!

That shirt… No. 6, it’s amazing! But imagine a black/grey/white version. I’d die for that.
